The North American Meat Association (NAMA) has announced its 2014 Center of the Plate Training® to be held at the Rosenthal Meat Center at Texas A&M University on June 3-5, 2014. Country of Origin Labeling in Europe
I am in Italy at the moment, and while shopping at several “supermercati” or supermarkets, I observed how the European Union was handling its version of Country of Origin Labeling. Texas A&M Students Win AABP Quiz Bowl Championship – Texas A&M Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences
We congratulate Bryan Weaver, a former B.S. animal science student and meat judging team member, and John David Nicholson, a former B.S. and M.S. student in the Meat Science Section, Department of Animal Science, for their accomplishments in this quiz bowl competition.
