What is Texas barbecue at Texas A&M University?

Texas barbecue at Texas A&M University represents our educational efforts in the art and science of barbecue. These efforts include our freshman Texas Barbecue class (ANSC 117), our barbecue camps and the BBQ Genius Counter at the Texas Monthly BBQ Fest.
