Papers presented at ICoMST 2017 in Cork, Ireland

Rhonda Miller, Gordon Carstens, Hannah Laird, Clay Eastwood, and Jeff Savell of the Department of Animal Science at Texas A&M University participated in and presented papers at the 63rd International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST), which was held in Cork, Ireland on August 13-18, 2017. Carstens presented his paper during the oral sessions and the rest of the papers were presented during the posters sessions. Mehall, Eastwood present at International Congress of Meat Science and Technology in France

Lindsey Mehall and Clay Eastwood, Ph.D. students in the Department of Animal Science, presented their research work at the 61st International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST) in Clermont-Ferrand, France, August 23-28, 2015. The ICoMST had over 400 participants from over 40 countries in attendance. Faculty members, Wes Osburn and Jeff Savell, also participated in the conference. Papers presented at ICoMST 2014 in Punta Del Este, Uruguay

Kerri Gehring, Ashley Arnold, Clay Eastwood, and Jeff Savell participated in and presented papers at the 60th International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST), which was held in Punta Del Este, Uruguay on August 17-22, 2014.
