Temple Grandin receives honorary degree from Texas A&M University

Dr. Temple Grandin, professor of animal science at Colorado State University and internationally recognized authority on animal handling and autism, received an honorary degree from Texas A&M University on Friday, August 15, 2014. Savell named university distinguished professor

COLLEGE STATION — Dr. Jeffrey Savell, a faculty member in the Department of Animal Science at Texas A&M University, was recently named university distinguished professor. The title, which is bestowed in perpetuity, is one of the highest honors given to Texas A&M University System faculty. Savell is a Regents Professor and E.M. “Manny” Rosenthal Chairholder in the Department of Animal Science and holder of the Cintron University Professorship in Undergraduate Teaching Excellence. Window of Acceptability: A 25-year look back

This is the 25th anniversary of one of the most important and significant contributions that Dr. H.
