We represent the Meat Science Section of the Department of Animal Science
at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

Purpose

The purpose of the Rosenthal Meat Science and Technology Center (RMSTC) is to provide a facility to conduct teaching, research, and public service activities of the Department of Animal Science. As such, it is the most comprehensive facility of its kind in the USA, devoted to the development of science and the application of that science to the solutions of problems in animal and meat science.
